Needle Felted Shoulder Dragon Giveaway!
This little cutie was my practice piece to get used to needle felting. She’s ultra light weight, being made of wool with polyester wings over an aluminium frame. The frame makes her adjustable so she can sit, stand, curl up, or rest comfortably on your shoulder with her long tail around your neck for balance. And, she could be yours!
Because she was a practice piece, I wanted to share her with someone. So, here are the rules
