The actual research group, University of California Santa Barbara’s SexInfo, simply contains resources for educating teenagers about safer sex, consent, dating, dysphoria and dysmorphia, and similar topics. Information about sexuality among children focuses almost exclusively on identifying sexual violence, with a few resources on how to educate your children on sexual development, and what kinds of behaviours are typical among developing children, including how to allow those behaviours safely and without having those children be at risk of, you know, fucking rape.

Then I remembered the hysteria that always accompanies the combination of the word “children” and “sex” even when the latter is part of the phrase “sex education”.
